These terms cover your use of this website and the software Plughouse Logistics runs on it. Moves themselves are governed by the quote, confirmation and any carrier agreement for that job.

Using this site

You agree to give accurate information and not to misuse the site, try to reach accounts or data that aren't yours, or interfere with how it runs.

Quotes and tracking

A price is only firm once we send a quote and it is accepted. Times are estimates unless your confirmation says otherwise. Tracking shows the latest status our team has entered and is not live GPS.

Staff software

The back office and its connections, including QuickBooks Online, are for Plughouse Logistics staff. Access is personal. Don't share your sign-in, and tell an owner right away if a device is lost.

No warranties on the site

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses caused by using the site itself, such as downtime or errors on a page. This doesn't change any duty we have under a confirmed move or under applicable transportation law.
